Ordering Through the eCPR Website
This is the web site for Emotional CPR (eCPR) which is owned and operated by the National Empowerment Center, Inc. (NEC).
Orders for eCPR products are processed via the NEC Store which is located at https://power2u.org/store

Your privacy is important to us. Your information will not be shared with any other site or entity. NEC will need to gather some important information from you in order to complete your order and delivery, however this information is not shared or given to anyone by us. Please visit our Privacy Policy page for additional information.

Shipping Policy
We ship all our packages via the US Postal Service media mail. Orders are shipped from our offices in Lawrence, MA. We usually ship orders within 3 business days from receipt of order. Normal delivery within the US ranges from 3-7 days (total time to receive your order 6-10 business days). If you require next day, or 2nd day shipping, please contact the office to make arrangements.

Shipping is included in the cost of products from the NEC Store, but is limited to North America only. If you are outside North America and wish to order something, please use the International Order Inquiry Form (fix link). We will contact you via phone or email to discuss cost and delivery options.

Stocking Policy
Our policy is to keep all products that we have listed online available. There are occasions when we will be out of stock of some products. If any portion of your order cannot be shipped, we will inform you via email or phone. That portion of your order can be backordered, in which case it will be shipped as soon as it is available.
